today i gave school a miss from suffering mental disease -dad knows i'm troubled he knows that i'm finding pills to swallow he knows that i'm locking myself in the room crying all nights dad knows everything but he never tell and he never ask about anything- but i know i wont kill myself and i will never try anything to kill myself anymore because i've come to realise that no point being so upset all times i need to find back myself without any one's help i'm brave i'm strong like what john had said.
